Partner Terms

These terms apply to the EcomFunnels partner programme. By applying and by sharing our products as a partner, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email support@ecomfunnels.site.
1. Who can join
- You must be 18 or older and live in Ghana.
- Applying is free. We review every application and reply on WhatsApp, usually within 48 hours. We may approve or decline any application.
- Being a partner does not make you our employee or agent. You work independently and choose when and where you share.
2. How you earn
- After approval you get a personal link and access to the partner catalogue.
- You earn a commission on every order placed through your link that is delivered and paid by the customer. Refused, cancelled, returned or unreachable orders do not earn commission.
- Each product has its own commission, shown in the partner catalogue. Amounts on our website, such as “GH₵ 50 or more”, are examples and not a promise of income.
- Orders you place for yourself, or for people in your household, do not earn commission.
3. Payouts
- We pay commissions weekly by MTN MoMo or Telecel Cash, for orders delivered and paid in the previous week. We send you the list of orders on WhatsApp before paying.
- We ask for your MoMo details only after you are approved.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
4. Product samples
- To film your own photos and videos, you may buy one sample of a product at the partner price shown in the catalogue. This is lower than the normal selling price.
- When you reach 3 delivered and paid orders on that product through your link, we pay the sample price back to you by MoMo, together with your weekly payout.
- You keep the sample either way. If you do not reach 3 delivered orders on that product, the sample price is not refunded.
- There is no fee to join and no stock to buy for resale.
5. How you may promote
- Be honest. Only describe products truthfully, and never promise customers anything we do not offer (for example, free products, different prices or delivery times).
- Do not spam: no mass messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, and no posting in groups where it is not allowed.
- Do not pretend to be EcomFunnels or run paid ads using our brand name without our written permission.
- Do not create fake orders or fake accounts, or use any trick to get commission.
6. Ending the partnership
You can stop at any time. We can pause or end a partnership if these terms are broken, if there is fraud or abuse, or if a partner's orders are often refused. Commission already earned on genuine delivered and paid orders will still be paid, unless it came from fraud.
7. Changes
We may change commissions, products, partner prices or these terms. Changes apply from the date we publish them or tell you on WhatsApp, and do not affect commission already earned.

9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
