Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you apply to the EcomFunnels partner programme on ecomfunnels.site, why we collect it, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.
1. Who we are
EcomFunnels runs a partner (affiliate) programme in Ghana: approved partners share our products and earn a commission on delivered orders. For any question about your data, email support@ecomfunnels.site.
2. What we collect
What you type in the application form:
- your full name, WhatsApp number and region;
- where you post (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube), your usernames or profile links, and your follower counts;
- the topics you post about, whether you have sold products before, and your optional answer to “Why do you want to join?”;
- your confirmation that you are 18 or older and agree to be contacted on WhatsApp.
Collected automatically:
- the ad or link that brought you to the page (for example utm_source and utm_campaign), and the date and time you applied;
- through the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies: your visit to the page, your browser and device type, and the fact that you sent an application.
We do not ask for your MoMo number, ID card, address or any password during the application. We never ask you to pay to apply.
3. Why we use it
- To review your application and decide whether to approve you as a partner.
- To contact you on WhatsApp about your application and, if approved, about the partner programme (your link, products, orders and payouts).
- To measure which of our ads bring applications, so we can improve our advertising.
We do not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share it with the services that help us run the programme:
- Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script), where applications are stored.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram), to measure our ads. When you send an application, we tell Meta that a “Lead” happened. Your phone number and name are sent only in hashed (scrambled, one-way) form, so they cannot be read.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
If you are approved, we keep your information while you are a partner and for up to 12 months after you stop. If you are not approved, we delete your application within 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
6. Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also stop us from contacting you at any time: reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or email support@ecomfunnels.site. We answer requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This page uses the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings under “Ad preferences”. The application form still works if you block cookies.
8. Security
Applications are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a Google account with restricted access. Only the people who review applications can see them.
9. Age
The programme is only for people aged 18 or older. If we learn that someone under 18 applied, we delete their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell partners on WhatsApp.
